What Happens After You Purchase
Thank you for choosing Aligned Automation Studio. Here’s exactly what happens from checkout to launch, so you always know where your build stands and what’s needed from you.
Step 1: Complete your intake form
Right after checkout, you’ll be taken to your Stage 2 intake form, and you’ll receive an onboarding email with everything you need to get started. The intake form is where you share your brand details, your offer, and a link to your copy doc.
Before you can submit the form, you’ll need to add me as an admin to your GoHighLevel account. Follow this guide: How to Add Me as an Admin to Your GoHighLevel Account.
If you don’t finish your form right away, you’ll receive reminder emails.
Step 2: Your build begins
Your build starts the moment your intake form is submitted. Your site is delivered within 14 business days of submission. Business days exclude weekends and all federal holidays. You’ll see your exact delivery date on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email, so there’s no counting required.
A few things to know:
- Your copy doc: I place the copy you provide exactly as written. If you haven’t sent your copy doc yet, you’ll receive reminders during your build. If it still isn’t in by the time your build is ready, your pages ship with bracketed placeholder text, like [Your story — why you do this work], for you to replace after handoff. This doesn’t change your delivery date.
- Add-ons: Any add-ons you purchased (Course, Community, Blog, or Store) are built alongside your main site and follow the same timeline and terms.
- Questions during your build: If I need anything else from you, I’ll reach out by email.
Step 3: Delivery and your handoff checklist
When your build is complete, you’ll receive a delivery email with your Build Handoff Checklist. It walks you through the steps that are yours to finish before going live, like connecting your payment processor, calendar, and domain. Every step has a video walkthrough here in the Knowledge Base.
Step 4: Review and request revisions
You have 7 days from delivery to send one consolidated round of revisions through the Revision Request Form. Your delivery email shows the exact date your window closes, and you’ll get a reminder 2 days before it does.
Once you submit your revisions, you’ll see the date they’ll be completed on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Revisions are completed within 5 business days of your request.
A walkthrough call isn’t scheduled by default, but you can request one if you’d like to go through anything live.
Step 5: Your project is complete
Your project is marked complete once your revisions are done, or automatically when your 7-day window closes without a revision request. At that point, you can remove my admin access from your account. The handoff checklist shows you how.

What if I miss my revision window?
Revision requests sent after your window closes aren’t included in your project. I’ll reply with a quote for the changes instead. For smaller fixes, a 1-Hour Support Session may be the quickest option.
What if I don’t submit my intake form?
You’ll receive reminder emails. If your form still hasn’t been submitted after 30 days, I’ll review your order personally and reach out about next steps.
