How to Complete Your Intake Form

Your intake form is where you share everything I need to build your site. Your build starts the moment you submit it, so here’s how to get through it smoothly.

Before you start

Have these ready:

  • Admin access granted. You’ll need to add me as an admin to your GoHighLevel account before you can submit. Follow this guide: How to Add Me as an Admin to Your GoHighLevel Account.
  • Your brand details. Logo, brand colors, fonts, and any photos you’d like used.
  • Your offer details. What you’re selling, what’s included, and pricing.
  • Your copy doc (optional at this stage). See the Your Copy section below.

A tip: write the way you’d actually explain things to a client. Real and specific beats polished.

Section B: Grant Access

Check the box to confirm you’ve added me as an admin to your GoHighLevel account. My name and email are shown right on the form. This box is required, and your form won’t submit without it.

Section C: Brand & Assets

Tell me about your brand so your site looks like you:

  • Logo notes: where your logo files are (a Google Drive link works great) and any notes on how you’d like them used.
  • Brand colors: hex codes, or a quick description if you don’t have them.
  • Brand fonts: font names, or “use what matches my logo” if you’re not sure.
  • Photography notes: a link to your photos, or let me know if you’d like them pulled from your current website.
  • Social links: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or wherever you show up online.

Section D: Your Offer

Expand the section that matches your build and fill it in. Most clients fill in one.

Booking & Calendar is for builds centered on booking calls or sessions. Share your offer description, what’s included, your availability, and whether the booking is paid.

Sales Offer is for builds centered on selling a program or product. Share your offer description, what’s included, pricing, any bonuses, and how buyers get access after purchase.

Your Copy

Your sales or booking page uses the copy you write in the Client Copy Doc template. Open the template from the link on the form, select File → Make a copy to create your own editable version, and fill it in.

Then choose your copy status:

  • I’ll provide this now: paste the link to your completed doc. Make sure sharing is set so I can view it.
  • Not ready — use placeholder copy: your pages ship with placeholder text you can replace after handoff.

Your sales or booking page uses the copy you write in the Client Copy Doc template. Click the template link on the form, then click Make a copy to save your own editable version to your Google Drive, and fill it in.

Section E: Add-ons

If you purchased an add-on, expand its section and fill it in. If you didn’t, skip this part entirely.

  • Course Add-on: course name and description, pricing and access, branding notes.
  • Community Add-on: community name and description, pricing and access, branding notes.
  • Blog Add-on: blog topic and audience, blog name and categories, two starter posts, branding notes.
  • Store Add-on: a description of your store (digital products only), products and pricing, branding notes.

Fields marked with an asterisk are required for any add-on you fill in.

Section F: Before You Submit

Check the confirmation box to acknowledge that your build begins as soon as you submit, per the Cancellation, Refund & Revision Policy. Then click Submit my build details.

After you submit

Your build starts right away. You’ll see your exact delivery date on your confirmation page and in your confirmation email.

Common questions

Do I need to fill in every field?

No. Fill in what applies to your build. Only the Grant Access box, the final confirmation box, and the starred fields in any add-on you purchased are required.

What if my copy isn’t ready?

Choose placeholder copy and submit anyway. Your build won’t be delayed, and you can replace the placeholder text after handoff.

The form won’t submit. What’s wrong?

Check that the Grant Access box is checked, the confirmation box at the bottom is checked, and any starred add-on fields are filled in.
